Each tattoo station got a set of numbers to go through. Say there's 2 places buzzing numbers on kikes, place one gets 000001-100000 and place two gets 100001-200000. If there's only two (maybe that's all ya need) they can alternate between the two for every hundred thousand. Not to difficult really, and no where near as difficult as juicing the Jews to extract tattoo ink. It was annudah shoah.
That's my point: that requires some central "jew tattoo" authority to dole out numbers to the different camps, keep track of what numbers are assigned where, etc. Is that authority someone we know, or is it one of those things we never found actual records for?
