That was my life a few weeks ago. Hit a deer 30 mph. Did $2500 worth of damage. Luckily they fixed it and now my Jeep has one new headlight and one old one.
I hit one last year doing twice that speed. $3.5k damage. The motherfucker shat all across the side of my truck like it was a giant tube of turdpaste. Wouldn't have even been out there if I wasn't taking a friend to work. I strongly considered taking up a culling career after that one.
My girlfriend hit a fucking cow in the road and the damn thing came through the windshield owner of the cow is a cop we didn't even get any steak hopefully the insurance company gets the pig
Is it a range area? Lot of areas around me is range land, cattle can roam free. If you hit one, you owe the cattlemen for damages, not the other way around.
