It should NOT be illegal to murder the shit out of them after they are down. Snap their shoulders back, shatter their kneecaps, stab them in the intestines, let em sit and wait for someone else to come along and help them, maybe they will be nicer and have an appreciation for how nice a stranger can be, might save their lives. Or you can be a dickbag like them and die painfully and slowly.
