They're actually "Mexican Pointy Boots" - except in Spanish. The name literally translates to that. I'd type out the Spanish but I'd only screw up the spelling and you're not actually gonna remember it anyhow.

I cheated and used a search engine. "Botas picudas mexicanas" I never was gonna spell that properly. It means Mexican pointy boots, except Spanish grammar is different.

I kinda want a pair. I'd not actually wear them, but damned if I wouldn't show 'em to people.

I remember watching something a few years ago on how these boots were a big deal in some areas of Mexico. Apparently the longer the pointy front the better they are.
