Based on what? Magnetic poles? What reference?

The axis is supposedly tilted 23.439281 degrees. Which would be 66.56 degrees from the equator

The tilt of the axis varies between 22.1 and 24.5 degrees. Because this tilt changes, the seasons as we know them can become exaggerated.

That's not 66.56 all the time.

Even a broken clock is correct right a day.
