Comments are unlimited
Level 6+ can access the voting [details] option (available under post's title or comments) to see who downvoted a post or comment

Why would I do that? It was a wall of text. I'll admit I glanced at it for half a second.
Edit: That still doesn't explain why I am retarded and cannot post anything. I'll figure it out when I am not drunk. This is my first day.
