Weather cooled off enough to leave my door open in the evening and enjoy it but I put a mosquito net up still to keep the bugs out. Well this bastard thought he would slip under it. I heard it flopping after his little claws got hung up in the net. I grabbed my knife. It was dark and I took the hammer end and whacked his rat skull. Had to bleach his brains off my threshold. The link is to image of the knife. Its a cheap k-bar type but is made of decent steel and has been useful over the years.

Good job. Why didn't you use the business end?

I didnt want to cut my mosquito net plus I swing a hammer for a living so it was natural like hitting a nail on the head :- )

That's very antisemetic, you've been reported to the ADL for hate crimes against gods chosen people

It definitely had the right nose. I smashed his face off

Nice. My survival knife is a PAL RH-35 I inherited from my Granduncle when he passed. He explicitly left it, and his bugout rifle to me in his will, which was strange, because I was only 10 years old, and barely knew the guy.

I've had to repeatedly steal the knife back from my dad, who keeps "forgetting" that it was left to me, and not him.

I killed an ant via the same method.

Now the ant was just walking on some commie's shirt and was not the intended target but was caught up in that process.

Poor ant.
