It's satire. "ResistanceHole" is an offshoot of "ClickHole". Originally it was a parody of buzzfeed but started making enough money that they tried to just be "theOnion but the money goes to us instead".
They've got a section that leans the other way too, "PatriotHole", so it's not all conservative-friendly satire.
Oh and online publications usually put their watermark on stories, so in the future you can just get the name of the site from the watermark, pop that in a search engine, view the source site and figure out pretty quick whether it's satire.
