I just decided to check something.... Back, years ago, when paint.net first came out, an actual paint store owned the domain paint.net - But they were nice enough to place a large link on their landing page that said IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR THE APPLICATION PAINT.NET, CLICK HERE and it would take you to the actual site for the application.
I just decided to check today, and apparently the paint store lost the domain, or went out of business, or whatever, because the domain is now for sale. I think it's time for the app to buy that domain.
