There are so many things that make this impracticable if not impossible, I personally think we are creating a world of complete fucking moron's, I'm sure it will be fine for people like John Kerry to fly whenever they like to preach to the rest of us. What about people that as a vocation fly all the time for meetings/business deals etc?, The list is endless in relation to why this wouldn't work.

Air travel isn't bad in and of itself, but when it is overused for completely unnecessary reasons, it makes for a wasteful system just like food delivery and product packaging have been made wasteful for no good reason.
