The war on the dictionary...
Le pen is labelled "far-right", and she did away with anything remotely neo-nazi within the party, for political reasons, "optics".
In reality, anything really "far-right", is anti-democratic to begin with, royalists and fascists typically. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Action_Fran%C3%A7aise#Political_line

>Charles Maurras quickly joined Action française and became its principal ideologist. Under the influence of Maurras, Action française became monarchist, counter-revolutionary (objecting to the legacy of the French Revolution) and anti-democratic, and supported integralism and Catholicism. The Dreyfus affair gave some Catholics the impression that Catholicism is not compatible with democracy. Therefore, they regarded Action française as rampart of religion and the most fitting expression of the church doctrine regarding society.[23]
That's actual "far-right"
So since they've put le pen in the "far-right" basket, "extreme-droite" in french, extreme as in unbalanced of course... Let's scare the centrists... Then they had to come up with a new word for the actual "far-right", an behold the "ultra-droite"/"ultranationalist"... Almost nazism! https://english.stackexchange.com/questions/87330/which-is-higher-hyper-ultra-or-super
They skipped super-right because it would look too good, then went for hyper-right and got directly teleported to ultra-right/ultra-droite just like in startrek, hyper-space/hyper-right same deal you go full ultra-right before you even notice...
Just goes to show that the overton window went quite far to the left in the end.
Those in the pics you see in the article, can't be part of le pen's party, at least no openly like that, and yet they're still labelled "far-right" of course, just like le pen... Because it's better. And then in the next line oeuvre française is labelled "Ultra" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/L%27%C5%92uvre_Fran%C3%A7aise
>Closer to the "semi-fascist"[1] Francoist Spain and Estado Novo than true fascist regimes, L'Œuvre Française was nonetheless an antisemitic, racialist and neo-Pétainist organization, influenced by various conspiracy theories.[3][12] In the words of historian Nicolas Lebourg, L'Œuvre was "more inclined to the authoritarianism of Franco, Pétain or Salazar than to fascism (...) it focuses above all on an anti-Semitism that is at once conspiratorial, racial and anti-Zionist. It is a neo-Petainism in its essence, but in its form, the grouping wants to be a phalanx with Leninist discipline."[2] The movement aimed at dissolving democracy and opposing mass immigration through the "deliverance of France and the French from an ideological and economic cosmopolitanism."[5] Its motto was La France aux Français ("France to the French").[27]
