The translation is horrible and they cut her off prematurely. Biden is going to have a hard time working with her, not just because he's a feckless puppet, but because she actually seems to dislike him personally
Biden seems like the kind of generic intolerable asshole. It reflects in his staff, especially Psaki and Blinken. Those two are fucking self-absorbed and have no likeable qualities.
