Paris has some beautiful landmarks but is fast becoming a shithole. I was there 5 years ago and there was graffiti everywhere. People let their dogs shit on the sidewalk but never clean it up. They wait for the sweeper to come clean it.

When I went in 96 you could eat off the streets. Definitely a decline I'm guessing since the invasion
