The Clockwork Orange summer that France experienced brought to the center of political debate the concept of « wildness », taken up to the top of the state by the Minister of the Interior. To remedy this phenomenon, the call for a strengthening of the State and a kingly turn of the screw is the most widely shared solution, at least the one that seems obvious. However, in Palavas-les-Flots, Bordeaux, or even Nantes, citizens, disillusioned with the degradation of their daily environment, have formed collectives to take charge of their own safety.
