CIVITAS before the State Council for the Right to Assistance at Mass. This May 1, 2020, this afternoon, CIVITAS filed a motion for interim measures before the Council of State against Article 8 of Decree 2020-293 of March 23, 2020 prescribing the general measures necessary to deal with the covid-19 epidemic as part of the state of health emergency. As a reminder, this article 8 of decree 2020-293 prohibits the reception of the public and therefore public worship in places of worship with the exception of funeral ceremonies within the limit of twenty people.
