Pierre MARTIN (2005). Country Nation State according to the Christian social order. EHR Collection.
Since the beginning of his pontificate, Pope Francis seems to pay special attention to the family. Elected pope on March 13, 2013, he convened in just two years a consistory then a synod spread over two years. The Church's doctrine on marriage is pointed out by many bishops and cardinals who denounce it as obsolete. Many voices rise to ask - like the Second Vatican Council in its time - an update of this doctrine.
They want the Church to use a pastoral ministry of mercy in place of what they call the use of repression and exclusion. There are many who claim access to communion for "remarried divorcees," who believe that the word of sin should no longer be used, that the Church should take a benevolent look at homosexuality, and so on.
In the midst of this confusion and scandal, Pope Francis seems to orchestrate this revolution attracting the wrath of the most conservative cardinals, including the prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Cardinal Gerhard Ludwig Müller, yet suspect of conservatism! This book will allow the reader to have a global approach to this synod, placing it in context, relating the facts and texts, while recalling in a simple and accessible way the Magisterium of the Church on these subjects.
