Dat price. Oof.

Looks like it could be fresh off the boat. You always pay more for extreme freshness.

I used to dive for my own. Maybe time to get back to it. 5 or 6 in an hour and you could make enough to take the rest of the day off.

I wouldn’t say aussies have it good. But that’s a nice fish.

Good point. I hear word regularly from feet on the ground, and those feet want to beat feet out of OZ. My friends sound either desperate or resigned.

Warm weather lobster is in cliches known as "not good" for being way tougher and not nearly as sweet as cold weather lobster.

That said I personally think it's a decent deal, much cheaper than Maine lobster and still pretty good.

I agree Maine lobster is the best, with New England and Canadian as a close similie, but others are still great. Folks that can't enjoy warm weather lobster are just being snobs.

EG: I love an aged porterhouse. Still very much enjoy a quality ribeye though.

Those do look very nice.

They do, they look a lot like scampi, which are beautiful too. I think I'm hungry.

I did some allergy testing years ago and the two most allergic things I reacted to were cockroaches and shrimp and never really ate sea cockroaches, but it wasn't a strong reaction.
