The amount of phytoestrogens in l egumes isn't just some trivial amount. It's a relatively INSANE amount that DOES change a person. To claim otherwise is jewish as fuck.

Phytoestrogen and lignan are far less reactive in humans than animal estrogen. Lentils, quinoa, and rice have thousands of times less of these substances than soy. And most soy products are concentrated. Heck, lentils have less than black beans.
