All legumes have phytoestrogen. But lentils have a relatively low amount. mentalhealthdaily.com/2015/04/08/20-foods-high-in-estrogen-phytoestrogens/ Quinoa has low levels of lignans. All plants have some form of phytoestrogens.

You think there isn't animal estrogen in dairy? There are hormones in everything you eat. Everything living has hormones.

I know there is. But to claim it's anything more than negligible is retarded. It's just like a baby drinking the baby's mother's milk. Estrogen there too. Perfectly normal and not worthy of noticing.

Yes and that's a meaningless statement.

The amount of phytoestrogens in l egumes isn't just some trivial amount. It's a relatively INSANE amount that DOES change a person. To claim otherwise is jewish as fuck.
