It's unprepared so it's not tidied up and all pretty looking. I eat my food, I don't do photoshoots with it.

Phytoestrogen and lignan are far less reactive in humans than animal estrogen. Lentils, quinoa, and rice have thousands of times less of these substances than soy. And most soy products are concentrated. Heck, lentils have less than black beans.
