Get a rice cooker. Makes lentils nicely. I can eat for at least 2 days on one pot of lentils, rice, and quinoa or other spongey filler. Throw some herbs or spices in there. It has a lid with a tray to steam vegetables Takes 5 minutes prep and about 30 minutes to cook. Maybe some chicken in the toaster oven.

Most of your calories should come from an animal source. Vegetables and fruit are unhealthy as fuck.

All legumes have phytoestrogen. But lentils have a relatively low amount. mentalhealthdaily.com/2015/04/08/20-foods-high-in-estrogen-phytoestrogens/ Quinoa has low levels of lignans. All plants have some form of phytoestrogens.
