I used to eat stuff like that. Now it's a less sugar diet though I do have to eat less carbs and start eating more fiber because when your at my age it's kind of a mandatory thing if I want to live past 60.

I was fighting it but then I realized a stroke or heart attack with my old ways was a real possibility so I changed when I realized I wanted to live a lot.
