I moved to a new house where cooking with fat or oil is not allowed. I am becoming a regular the diner because I love my eggs hash browns and bacon! ITT post your favorite foods that stink up the kitchen and or leave a huge mess of dishes. I like to cook my potatoes, hashed or diced in the fresh bacon fat left in the pan. Cast iron, stinky and full of flavor. Chorizo is also good and I have been known to cook with kimchi and fish sauce too.
