Those look delicious! My nieces made some called Neiman Marcus cookies for Thanksgiving, they were soo good. Just the right amout of chewy/crispy ratio.

No prob. Take the part about the oven to heart. Mine cooks perfectly in exactly 14 minutes, but you're going to need to baby the first batch. Ovens all cook a little different.

Mine always still look a bit doughy but golden when I take them out, the cracks develop as they cool.
