Long time coming, I finally made bread with Caputo flour, thank you for the recommendation. I used the no knead bread recipe from Caputo's website which worked quite well, link

I did some other 'experiments' with the flour since I made the bread, which I will post about soon. We're definitely hooked now, the bread was fluffy and not very dense. When I made no knead bread before with the regular all purpose flour it was quite dense.

For those curious I bought: Caputo "00" Chef's Flour

Before I forget: pasta. Make it all, make you own sauce (make sure to remove the skin and peel of the tomatoes) and as always, eat in much smaller portions because you will get "full" a lot sooner because the food is loaded with nutrition.

I will definitely look into making pasta as well!

I bought my wife a Kitchen Aid with a bunch of attachments. She loves them and loves making us food. Also, if you can find A2 milk, get the Kitchen Aid ice cream maker attachment.

Did you buy a new KitchenAid or an older one? We've talked about grabbing one but I've read that the newer models don't last and its hard to find older ones anymore.

I found A2 milk locally and thank you for the ice cream maker attachment idea. 101 & I have been joking about buying an ice cream maker, this option makes a lot more sense.
