Ended up using a dab of clarified butter to fry em up in a large shallow pan. It took me two tries to get the timing and heat just right.

They taste pretty good for something without vitamin M. In retrospect I would add some salt and some spicy peppers to the filling.

I love quesadillas. I make fresh salsa all the time and they are the perfect edible dipping utensil. I would suggest you try a block of cheddar and shred it yourself though. The anti-caking agents in pre shredded cheese really ruin the melt and can affect the flavor too

Ya can't dream about a meal a man has already eaten. You posted early stage poop. j/k idk where I'm going with this nonsense but let's be nonfecal from here on out as that is a jewish trait. Perhaps I've looked into the darkness for so long that it looked back.

Quesadillas are a favorite of mine. I just throw a large tortilla on a griddle with heat on low/medium, and put on shredded cheese and other fillings on while the griddle is warming. Once the cheese starts melting, fold the tortilla and turn the heat to medium/high. Flip the tortilla after about 3 minutes.

I use precooked meat to ensure its properly done.

Good tip. And I didn't know you can add meat.

Hm maybe thats a tex-mex thing, its very common in my neck of the woods. Typically chopped beef and/or chicken fajita meat. I've also seen them filled with shrimp or brisket.
