My Wife made this and sent me a pic.
Sour bread toast with avocado with some hard boiled eggs and micro green's that I grew in the hydroponic system at home. Not too crazy but I figured maybe someone would like it.
It is simple and it works. Just needs bacon ;)
Drizzle some olive oil vinaigrette on it!

Typically I don't have something like this. She made it for herself but wanted to show me since she used the micro-green's I grew for her. I have had it once, it is pretty good.

Hah, she made it for herself ;) It is still good though, I have tried it before.
Typically I am more meat heavy and she is a great cook/chef.
The exception is that I do the smoking/grilling for the most part, she does pretty much everything else and I do the dishes.

It is a compromise. She does nearly everything else so I do the dishes. She also hate's doing dishes for whatever reason with a passion.
