Yes. You can call ahead and make sure they have some. You can also save bones from steaks, like T Bone steaks that you've grilled. Just save the bone (and any meat hanging on) in a freezer in a zip lock baggie, and process it along with the raw bones you get from the butcher when you get around to makeing the broth. The grill flavor on the bone is a nice extra flavor component. We get 1/2 a cow a year from a neighbor farmer and we save the bones when the meat is processed, specifically so we can make bone broth.
