It is in fact a sweet-ish pizza like dough with yeast. Toppings, apart from the apples, cream, heavy sour cream alternatively crème fraîche, eggs and some flour and sugar. Dust with sugar and cinnamon. Some people like to put raisins in with the cream.

Yup, both in there. Milk replaces water and butter replaces oil. She knows her stuff.
