Who is in the business of grinding their own wheat and baking their own bread? If not, why not? Bread made from freshly milled flour is full of vitamins and minerals, and supermarket bread is poisonous. There is no comparison in regards to price, nutrition, or taste.

I have a grain mill I've never used. Along with whole wheat berries in sealed cans. They are for SHTF.

Might be a good idea to practice using it a couple times so it's less stressful during an emergency.

If I'm trying to make wheat products I don't need to quick draw my mill lol. But yeah it would be kinda neat to mess around with.
