Just make certain they haven't sprayed it with glyphosate prior to harvest.

I have a grain mill I've never used. Along with whole wheat berries in sealed cans. They are for SHTF.

Might be a good idea to practice using it a couple times so it's less stressful during an emergency.

If I'm trying to make wheat products I don't need to quick draw my mill lol. But yeah it would be kinda neat to mess around with.

I'll make sure to add a hundred pounds or so to my stock, I grew red winter wheat a couple of years ago and it turned out better than I'd thought it would.
