I don't get how anybody is surprised by this. For the cheap prices that subway charges, are they expecting top quality ingredients? You get what you pay for it, if you don't like it, go to a farmer's market and buy grass fed grass finished beef (that was raised without hormones or antibiotics of course) and make it yourself.
