Haha. What are you? I used to live in the Bay Area. Talk about a shit hole. I’m in the country on acreage with my own water and power. Plus I love the heat. What’s not to like?I mean, besides it being Commiefornia. Can’t talk the old man out of leaving 🤷🏼‍♀️ His family is here.

I hate the valley lol. Central coast born and raised. But yeah, need to get the fuck out of Cali. Good thing is my immediate family is on board. Trying to get the ball rolling. I hate the heat. Living in Cali I've grown to be able to survive it but it is not ideal. At least on the central coast you have a good chance of it being 72°F on any given day.

The coast is okay, just spent a few days in Cayucos. I grew up near the eastern shore in Maryland. Now those beaches are nice! And it’s not cold in the summer lol. Happy trails and congrats on getting out. Where are you headed? I have a spreadsheet of all the places I would want to move to, and OK, in the panhandle, wins. But that’s just my daydream.

I took a solo 2 week road trip to check out Idaho a couple years ago. Roof top tent on my truck with my dirt ike on the hitch. I liked the McCall and Coeur d'Alene areas. Spent an extra day at the Saint Anthony Sand Dunes because I was having so much fun riding. Wife isn't sold on Idaho though but is down for Montana. My sister's fiance has a massive family ranch kinda close to Missoula. So it's looking like it may be somewhere near there or even on it. Or maybe by Helena. I'm totally okay with Montana. I feel like my life can't truly start or blossom without leaving Cali in the dust.
