I didn't blend it and I forgot to get a pic before most of it was gone. It was ugly looking but delicious. I had a bottle of chenin blanc I had laying around for the white wine. I forgot to grab garlic so I dumped in some 'garlic lovers' seasoning. And I'm sure the amount of red pepper flakes was a lot more than 1/2 t. It was soooo good. Definitely making this one again.

Sorry for the handwriting. I was being lazy and didn't copy/paste, print it out of a kindle book.

The handwriting was refreshing.... actually a bit startling. Nobody expects to see cursive on a phone screen. I'll try the recipe soon. Thanks.
