Yeah, I grew up on grass fed pre gmo corn finished for marbling beef. It was delicious all on its own. Haven’t found a store or butcher yet who’s meat is consistently good. My high school buddy still lives in the area we grew up in and raises a couple a year. He said finding calves to start is get’n harder and your lucky if it don’t get sick and cost a bundle. Doesn’t know if he’ll bother next year. If you don’t grow every bit of your food on land you know well you have no idea what you may be ingesting. Makes me wish I grew up Amish.
