Yep, GMO itself isn't bad for you. But the REASON they have GMO plants is so they can put fucktons of poison, aka roundup, on the plants and have them survive. It's the buildup of poison in the plants protein (gluten) and germ that causes a bunch of issues in humans. Of course that's what they are putting in meat nowadays, so we are all fucked.
