People who have been to Central tell me, "the food is a story..." They don't say it's a great dinner, but they all insist that you, too, should go. They don't set up a date to join you. Plenty of super suppers to be had in Lima. This one is about bragging rights. Maybe I'm wrong but I don't regret passing on this.
