Top - Whelp/ def no bueno for the first three years of one's newly born life.

Bottom - I buy my 100% grass fed meats/ free range poultry from a local specialist butcher - prob on average 20-30% more expensive than supermarket barn/ cage/ grain fed garbage but the taste, texture difference is notable.

i often switch out mustard for Wasabi paste - for the extra kick and have a self made smoked paprika/ tumeric/ pink Himalayan/ chilli, onion, garlic flake salt t6hta i put on almost everything but it's just wunderbar on meat.

Many dye colorings used in cosmetics like lipstick (red, for example) are derrived from certain bugs that they literally dry and process to produce the dyes.
