You'll need a vegetable peeler and a cheese grater.

Peel an apple and then shred it into the water for your oatmeal. Add a touch of salt and some cinnamon. Simmer the shredded apple for a few minutes before adding your oats. Cook as you normally would.

I don't buy milk but I usually have some half-and-half for my coffee. I also add a bit of that plus some brown sugar.

This is an easy way to use up apples that might be a tad too soft to enjoy by themselves.

oatmeal in the microwave with a whole ripe banana smushed in was my go to for years

now its usually a clif bar coffee and blueberries

thick cut bacon eggs and croissants for big breakfast... and fresh grapefruit... dont forget the grapefruit

I have a peanut butter powder that I mix into my oatmeal sometimes. Never tried actual peanut butter.
