Makes me think -- theoretically, you could make a loaf of French bread dough in the shape of a baguette, put two round balls of dough at one end, bake it golden brown, and call it a faguette. Might be a big seller in San Francisco. I send this concept out upon the Internet free and clear of all trammels, for anyone to adopt.
