I mean what you make at home. I usually have a cut of meat for sandwiches, glazed ham being popular in my house. So savory ham, cheese (gouda usually) polish or German mustard and home made slaw. I skip the slaw if I'm making it to take somewhere.

What are your go to sandwiches?

Homemade hambergers with ground beef with 25% of ground pork mixed in. Two thin patties and slices of Cheddar. Salt and pepper. I damp the buns in the meat juice in the pan before toasting and serving. I've made my buns from scratch a couple of times and I had compliments but for rapidity's sake I buy them at my deli store next to my place. They are relatively good. They give off the homemade vibe.
