Looks delicious! I'd pour that dish of salsa over it and devour the whole thing ... in small tasty bites.
I tried. I took half of it home. The restaurant is a gem in this small town.
I'm in the northeast and good Mexican Food is scarce. We had a Mexican food place near work, I'd get their Beef and Bean Burrito Supreme about 3 days a week, it was that good. They had a great sauce there too, that's where I picked up the habit of salsa poured over the top for spicy heat. Damn I wish that place was still around.
This place is in rural PA. It's pretty popular, but that's probably because the portions are huge and the prices are good. The staff all wear white shirt and tie, so it's a nice place all around.
But yeah, good mexican is a hard thing to find, especially one that serves more than fajitas. Not that there's anything wrong with fajitas.
