Sure, fruits are healthier than candy, but most fruits aren't very healthy. They're loaded with sugars, and can cause diarrhea. They say natural sugars, like that found in fruit, are better for you, but they aren't. Sugar is sugar. If you want to be at your best health eat vegetables not fruit.

Keep in mind that fruit available at your super market has been specially bred to be extra sweet. They contain more sugars than what you would typically find in nature. Super market fruit is tastier but inferior.

The best produce for your health is vegatables. They contain more nutrients, and little to no sugar. But you don't need to get fancy. Your standard potato is a good choice.

This is true. From what I know, fruit is still viable since the fiber helps it to digest over a longer period than candy and such. May be true, may be false. I felt way better 8 years ago after going from sweets, to fruit.

Used to eat lots of chocolate like my mom and I couldn't really walk past it without wanting it. Ate a few grapes and went on my way. I also try to have dark leafy greens for magnesium and manganese, which the body mistakenly craves sweets for.
