I may be the biggest mail drinker here. Easily 2-3 gallons a week, all by myself. I have such a taste for milk that I can pick up all sorts of different things by brand. I can legit do a blind taste test and tell you what brand it is, or at least if it’s organic or not. To that point, I only drink organic milk. Anything else tastes awful to me. All I can say is that I rarely get sick. Does milk help the immune system? I don’t know. But mine is stronger than the average joe’s.
