I think a person would have to eat a lot of it for it to be a problem
Yeah. I researched it heavily and you are correct. I wanted to legally get some testosterone for a medical issue that was compounded by a doctor's incompetence. Tested testosterone levels and they were 820 which is considered too high. Decided to go on a weird diet for 2 months after a lot of research to artificially deflate my numbers.
I only ate black licorice, mints, lavender, cinnamon, flax seed, 2 beers every night (I normally don't drink), pop tarts, cereal w/ milk for sugar, and zero fruits and vegetables or meat. Within 2 months my test levels was at 190 which was able to secure a prescription for testosterone.
Hold on there…did you make some kind of cookie out of those ingredients (beer excluded)
Mint was mostly teas, black licorice was candy and pills, lavender was lotion shampoo and pills, flax seed was just eating spoonfuls, cinnamon was the worst (I'm actually allergic) and toward the end started adding it to capsules instead of eating spoonfuls
Have you found the t to be beneficial?
Absolutely. My t was already pretty high but I have seen so many gains in all areas of my life and not just the cosmetics and superficial muscles like most people think. Boosts in confidence, sexual prowess, & cognitive reasoning are just a few of the benefits I habe discovered. 820 t levels was considered average in the 50s for a 34 year old. Now the average is around 380 which is outrageous and I mostly blame big pharma, plastics, tainted water, gmos in our food supply and globohomo.
