I also find it difficult to eat enough to maintain my size. I'm not huge but I'm 5'11" 175-180 of pure muscle. This is my natural ceiling. I've been 190 before but I had to drink gainer shakes to get there.
Eating for me is the worst part. 6'3" and 190 solid is my average though Ive been to 240 a few times. It drives me crazy trying to remember to eat all the time while still working and doing my normal activities
Do what I do. For breakfast blend: A ton of peanut butter, 1 cup of oats and a bunch of protein powder with 1.5 cups of whole milk. That's close to 1000 great calories right there. It makes the rest of the day much easier. You can even add olive oil for more calories.
I've been eating about 2 lbs of Kerry Gold butter a week for 2 years. That helps somewhat though I just found out that there butter is falsely advertised as being natural. They were sued in New Jersey over it but case was dismissed because globohomo.
I will buy some oats and peanut butter this week and try that. Do you have any suggestions on good PB? I'm just concerned over the amount of bad oils I would be eating, though giant cans of PB are fairly cheap.
