What is Stewing?
Stewing is a combination cooking method that uses small, uniform pieces of meat that are totally immersed in liquid and slowly simmered. In this case, the food and the liquid are served together as one dish.
Stewing is a cooking method not a dish. While we call dishes prepared using the stewing cooking method 'stew', the more correct name would be something like 'beef and vegetable stew' or 'seafood stew'. The real key hear is the smaller, uniform chunks of ingredients and the totally immersed in liquid slow simmering. Braising is a similar cooking method which usually involves whole cuts of meat with as little liquid as required (not fully submersed) where stewing goes for full liquid immersion. So when you say stew, you could also be referring to chicken noodle soup, chili or even clam chowder as they all involve the stewing cooking method.

It is both.
Good luck convincing that blowhard of anything. Dude's got his cock so far down his own throat I'm surprised there's room for air.
Sorry, bro, but stew is not soup. Change your dictionary.
Lol. By that logic, a bottle of water is a bottle of stew? Going for total liquid here.
Bottled stew sounds good
If there's more liquid than solids, I call it soup. If there's more solids than liquid, then it's stew imho. Homemade is always the best, but I'll chow down on Dinty Moore beef stew with some saltines any day.
Learn to use a dictionary. I didn't make this definition. You could spend 30 seconds to search for "stewing cooking method" and educate yourself since you don't seem to understand.
I don't need a fucking dictionary. I had my grandma and my mom cooking it.
Are you sure you are white and not an orphan?
