Fuck that. I learned long ago to never order fish unless it's at a restaurant in a coastal town next to a commercial fishing pier. I lived in South Korea for 3 years, there at 'fish restaurants' they had large glass fish tanks with live fish in them, and you pointed at the one you wanted.
