If you have freezer burned meat, put it in a crock pot with enough cans of Chef Boliardi's pasta (spaghettios will work, so will some others) and let it cook on low for 5 hours. The acids in the sauce will tenderize the meat. Great tip if you're stuck with freezer leavins.
