Hey Now ... Canned Corn Beef (CCB) Aficionado/Addict here! My mom sent me a couple cans of Hormel CCB when I was in Vietnam along with a tiny bottle of some kind of mystery mustard. Well, that set me on that long path of Addiction! OMG what a Trip. Then a few weeks later we got a hot meal while down around Hoi An -- Fried Spam Grilled Cheese Sandwiches. One bite was all it took and I was hooked! Later on I experimented with Spam fried with an egg omelet with that "american" cheese stuff that comes in a brick-sized block. Well, frens, here I am now some 50+ years later and just seeing a can of Spam in the store makes me start to shiver and drool. Let me tell you Kids, Don't Do What Your Daddy Did! One taste will get you Hooked! Remember, This is your Brain and That is a frying pan, and This is a hot CCB sandwich !

Mmmmm... My great Grandparents used to make their own. Spam and Corned beef hash are not looked down upon in my family.
